Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item Condition: Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or visibly used merchandise. - Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item (for example, because the size or color is incorrect), please follow the return procedures and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges. - Return Process

Preparing the Return Package:
Place the item in the package along with all original packaging, ensuring it is undamaged. Include your order number and reason for return in the package.
Returning the item: Send the package to our designated return address (provided upon receipt of the RMA). We recommend using a tracked mail service to ensure safe delivery. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and confirm your return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, but typically occurs within 5-10 business days. - Shipping Policy
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. If the item you received is defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately and we will cover the shipping costs. - Non-Returnable Items
